Inspired by our own healing journeys.

We are three women living in Maine and mothers to seven children combined. As friends, we have supported each other through life’s greatest challenges — divorce, parenting, illness, loss, and everything in between.

Together, we have shared deep-in-our-bones grief, followed by bouts of uncontrollable laughter. Through it all, we discovered that resilience is the key to moving forward. And after digging deeper, we discovered something even more powerful:

Resilience is not simply a skill. It’s a science

That’s when Take Two was born.

We did the research, so you don’t have to.

Using peer-reviewed neuroscience research, we created a healing tool that could actually strengthen and re-shape the brain. The tool that we needed to move on from our past hardships and move forward into new beginnings.

As professional creatives and entrepreneurs, we knew we could combine our skills with the science of healing to craft something truly unique. And we’re so incredibly grateful that you found your way here — to a safe space where resilience can be not only learned, but inherited.

Healing the mind is just as much a science as healing the body.

That’s why incorporating these research-backed practices into your daily routine can do more than guide you through difficult times.

It can truly transform your life.

How do we know? Because we’ve experienced it first-hand. And the results were so profound, we knew we had to share them with as many people as possible.
